The modern and fully equipped kitchen is very convenient just close by the dinning area. All the air-conditioned bedrooms are featuring large and convenient en suite bathrooms, walk in dressing area, the master bedrooms including an additional study room. All the modern equipment such as flat screen TV, stereo sound system, DVD players, as well as a wireless high speed internet connection are providing the necessary international high level of comfort.

The property boasts 60++ meters of palm-fringed river frontage and fantastic rice-field views. 30 minutes drive from airport and 10 minutes drive to the fashionable area of Seminyak, which consists of small boutiques, antique shops, and some of the highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali.

The main house is a fully restored traditional Javanese Teak “Joglo", containing two master bedrooms, both featuring open-air ensuite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and dining room area allows for comfortable and elegant dining.

A few steps from the living area and you plunge into the twelve-meter saltwater infinity edged pool. After you take the plunge, relax on the deck-side sun loungers and let the surrounding jungle canopy take you to a place far from civilization.

Imani One is a single-storey 2-bedroom villa comprised of two thatched pavilions positioned around a 5 x 8 meter lap pool within a walled courtyard garden. As guests enter the garden, they will traverse an ornamental pond, complete with lilies and bubbling water features in twin pots; the pond links the pool and the open-air living pavilion.
Stepping stones lead across a pebbled pathway, and an outdoor rain shower is located within a walled area to one side, where there is also a bench seat. A timber sundeck extends from the pool to the sleeping pavilion, there are two sun beds, and the pretty garden is planted with palms, frangipani trees, spider lilies and heliconia.

The open-sided living and dining pavilion features a soaring ‘alang alang’ thatched roof supported by pillars above a black terrazzo floor. Ceiling fans and gentle breezes keep this area cool. Rectangular in shape, the pavilion is tastefully furnished with a deeply cushioned sofa in oatmeal tones, a two-tiered oval coffee table, an arching chrome standard lamp, and a wooden cabinet housing a satellite TV and DVD player.

Imani Three is the largest of the three villas in the complex, boasting an additional bedroom and an upstairs library presenting breathtaking views of the rice fields and mountains.

The 3-bedroom villa is built in the style of a traditional Balinese compound house. It features four separate thatched pavilions positioned around a large 5 x 16 meter lap pool, within a walled courtyard garden. A spacious square shaped timber sundeck, furnished with sun beds, extends from one side of the pool; two gazebo relaxation pavilions are located on the other side, and a stone terrace borders the Master Bedroom.

Imani Villas is a complex of three 3 & 2-bedroom thatched villas, each with a private swimming pool, hidden away in the rice fields, just ten minutes’ drive from the beach on Bali’s south western coast. The style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design and local materials.

The Villa Artis is located in the Village of Umalas, close from Seminyak facilities, but still offering a panoramic view on the terrace rice fields. The size of the land is 4300 m2; all building parts and every bedroom is overlooking the garden and the view.

The swimming pool is fifteen meters long, and the garden is arranged with three different resting area, offering a sample of the various architecture of the Archipelago.

This contemporary three-bedroom Asian-influenced villa provides a cosy yet open-air lodging from which to escape the bustle of downtown and retire into ones own private world.
Guests approach the villa by passing by the security post at the entrance, and then through a stone yin-yang mosaic entrance. A long walled walkway flanked on both sides by blooming tropical bamboo native to Bali adds another level of privacy.
